Its hard to believe another year has passed and its time to return to Japan for our 2010 Fall Harvest, it promises to be one of the best years ever .
Scott (our Master Koi Scout) will be leaving mid October for Japan and the Koi will return soon after . The Koi will go through a quarentine and medication period before they are ready for sale, usually around the first or second week of November.
We are taking orders now so Scott can find that special fish you have been looking for .
The Japanese are unrivaled when it comes to Koi breeding , the colors and markings are fasinating to say the least .
It is very exciting to see what new varieties Japan has to offer from year to year .

Its finally here that time of the year when Scott leaves for Japan. It is an exciting time for us the anticipation this year is high, we are expecting some of the best Koi in years .
Scott leaves October 13 th and comes back October 19th. The fish will go through their quarentine period for about two or three weeks and should be ready for sale the second week in Novemember .
Looking foward to seeing you here at our beautiful Encinitas location to select that special Koi you have been looking for.
***NEWS FLASH***
Scott has returned from Japan . The fish will arrive in the US on Tuesday October 26,2010.The Koi will remain in our holding ponds to be medicated for about 2 weeks ,so look foward to seeing them arrive here at the shop about November 6th.
The Koi will be at our Encinitas location on Tues November 8th at 1:pm ready for sale .
